Taking Your Remedies
Taking the Remedy in Pills:Pour 2 to 3 tiny pillules into the lid of the bottle or onto a clean spoon and pour them into your mouth. Suck the pillules.
2 to 3 tiny pillules taken at the same time is one dose …. It would be the same if it were 5 or 6 pillules if taken at the same time. Taking the Liquid Remedy: Before each use shake the liquid bottle and gently tap in the palms of your hand. Please take 7 to 10 using a dropper and hold the drops on or under your tongue for a few seconds before swallowing. It is recommended to take your remedy 5-10 mins before or after any food and drinks .
